The idea for OmniVillas emerged while we were running our own rental. At first it was a fun project. Then it began to feel stressful.
We still loved having a rental property, but there had to be a better way. The management companies we tried were either generic — built for office buildings, not seaside villas — or astronomical, eating most of the upside. So we built the operation we wished we had: a small, capable team that treats your home like real estate rather than a side hustle, paired with quiet tools that keep every detail in view.
A small operation, by design.
We’ve stayed deliberately small — one hundred-and-something homes across four continents, with a team of fewer than thirty. The bet is that depth beats breadth: we can lift a single home’s revenue precisely because we aren’t trying to manage ten thousand of them with a call centre.
The best property management feels like nothing. The home earns. The owner travels. The guest leaves a long review.
How we host.
Every morning, our team reviews every home in our care. A photo that’s getting old; a slow response yesterday; an amenity we’re not tagging — someone notices, and someone fixes it that day. None of it is invisible to owners: the dashboard the team works from is the one you see.
