What is the management fee?

A single, flat percentage of net rental income. No setup fees and no markups on cleaning, photography or supplies. We share the exact number on the onboarding call.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. The agreement is month-to-month — cancel any time, for any reason. Existing reservations are honored.

Can I still use my own home?

Whenever you like. Block dates in one tap from the owner app; the calendar syncs across all channels in seconds, with no cancellation fees.

How do you handle damage and screening?

Every booking is screened and insured. We hold a standard security deposit, document the home before and after each stay, and handle disputes on your behalf.

Which markets do you cover?

French Polynesia, the United States, Chile, Peru, Spain and France. We enter new markets only when we have on-the-ground hospitality leadership in place.

How and when do I get paid, and what reporting do I see?

Monthly payouts with an itemized, accountant-ready statement, plus a live dashboard showing bookings, revenue, occupancy and reviews — the same view our team works from.
