What’s the management fee?
A single, flat percentage of net rental income, with supplies included. No setup fees, no markups on cleaning or photography, and guest-caused damages are covered, excluding normal wear and tear. We share the exact number on the onboarding call.
Is there a contract?
A month-to-month agreement. Cancel anytime, for any reason. Existing reservations are honored. That’s it.
Can I use my home?
Whenever you like. Block dates in one tap from the owner app; the calendar syncs across all channels in seconds.
Which markets do you cover?
French Polynesia, the United States, Chile, Peru, Spain and France. New markets only when we have on-the-ground hospitality leadership in place.
