Listing optimization
Listing optimization is the ongoing work of improving how a home appears and ranks across booking platforms, covering photography, copy, amenities and response speed, so more of the right guests find it and book.
How it works
Photo refresh
Your photos compared with the strongest homes in your market, and reshot by a local photographer when the gap is worth closing.
Copy & SEO rewrite
Headlines, descriptions and house rules written for people and tuned for each platform’s search.
Amenities mapping
Amenity tags checked against what your home offers, channel by channel, so it shows up in the filters guests use.
What changes on your listing
- A listing reviewed daily on the channels where it appears.
- Photos and copy refreshed when the review shows they are holding the home back.
- Bookings and reviews in your owner portal, the plainest read on how the listing converts.
Owner questions
What does a daily listing review check?
The listing’s content and how it appears in platform search. Anything that has drifted out of date or is holding the home back gets corrected.
Can I keep my current listing and its reviews?
It depends on the platform. We run listings under your platform accounts or ours, as agreed at onboarding, and we cannot promise that reviews or rankings carry over between accounts or platforms.
Why does listing quality affect what a home earns?
Guests decide from the listing. Photos, title and amenity tags decide which filtered searches a home appears in, and how many of the guests who see it go on to book.
